Street & beach shops (250–500 THB/hour). Everywhere in Chaweng and Lamai. Quality varies enormously: some therapists are excellent, many are untrained. No booking, no consistency — you get who happens to be free.
Hotel & resort spas (2,500–6,500 THB/hour). Beautiful facilities and reliable standards, but you pay for the marble lobby as much as the massage — and you travel to them.
Professional outcall services (1,000–1,800 THB/hour). The middle path: vetted therapists, spa-level technique, delivered to your villa or hotel. No facility costs — you pay for skill, not marble.
