Wasana (wasanamassage.com) operates as a booking and introduction platform. We connect clients seeking professional wellness massage with independent massage therapists practising in Koh Samui, Thailand. Wasana is not the employer of the therapists presented on this website. Each therapist practises independently, under her own responsibility, and is solely responsible for the services she provides.
Before being listed, every therapist must provide a massage certificate or diploma (for example from a recognised training school or a Ministry of Public Health–approved centre) and declare that she is legally allowed to work in Thailand as an independent professional. Wasana reviews these documents in good faith before approving a profile, and stores them privately. Wasana cannot, however, be held liable for documents that are falsified or misrepresented by an applicant.
Wasana promotes and arranges professional therapeutic and wellness massage exclusively. Any request or behaviour inconsistent with a professional wellness service — from a client or a therapist — results in the immediate cancellation of the booking and permanent removal from the platform. Therapists have the right to end a session at any time if they feel unsafe or disrespected.
Bookings are arranged via WhatsApp. No payment is collected through this website; clients pay the published rate after their treatment. Published prices (1,180 THB / 60 min, 2,000 THB / 120 min) are indicative of the standard rate confirmed at booking.
Massage is a wellness service, not medical care. Clients should inform the therapist of any medical condition, injury or pregnancy before the session, and consult a doctor in case of doubt. Therapists may decline or adapt a treatment for health or safety reasons.
Contact details shared for a booking are used solely to arrange that booking. Therapist application documents (certificates, diplomas) are stored privately, are never published, and are used only for verification. To request deletion of your data, contact us on WhatsApp at +66 94 202 7292.
Wasana's role is limited to introducing clients and independent therapists and facilitating the booking. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wasana's liability is limited to this intermediation role. The therapist providing the service is responsible for its performance; the client remains responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at booking.
